Nineteen objects went into the register between April and June. Eleven came from one house clearance in Vineyard Town, four from the public, three from the Public Works store as it was cleared, and one from a skip on Church Street, which we do not encourage and will not apologise for.
The hardest to catalogue is a set of four shutter hinges, hand forged, with a stop welded on that we have not seen before. We have dated them between 1830 and 1900, which is a way of saying we do not know. If you have seen that stop on a hinge somewhere, tell us.
All nineteen are in bay 8 and all nineteen can be seen on request.
